Like thousands of girls born in the U.S. in the 1980s, my name is Sarah—with an ‘h’. This distinction is often something I must clarify when meeting new people or ordering my Starbucks go-to: a grande non-fat latte with one Splenda.
The ‘h’ in my name is what separates me from thousands of others. Consequently, it has established part of the foundation of my identity. When I began developing my mission as a creative professional, I drew inspiration from this simple letter and established a series of core values that I strive to embody in my work and creative process. These values are:
…to happily create and share my love of design and the creative process;
…to honestly and humbly collaborate with my clients and teammates;
…to heroically take on challenges with bravery, bold determination, and daring;
…to stay positive and maintain a good sense of humor;
…and to exude a “have-a-heart” approach to design and communication by leading with empathy.
Should we embark on a professional journey together, you can rest assured that I will uphold these values—and much more—as we work towards achieving your project goals.
